The Range Technology RA003 AFM/DFM Disabler is engineered to maintain your GM V6 or V8 engine's full cylinder operation at all times, circumventing the Active Fuel Management (AFM) system's cylinder deactivation. This patented device is the only solution that disables AFM without requiring a factory ECU reprogram, offering consistent power delivery without affecting the vehicle's original settings. Installation is straightforward thanks to its plug-and-play design. Simply connect the disabler to your vehicle's OBD-II port, and it immediately begins preventing the AFM system from engaging. No tools or specialized assistance are needed for this process. The unit also features blue LED indicator lights and is suitable for all-terrain use, providing the power and control needed in various conditions, including bad weather, off-road driving, and when carrying heavy loads. This disabler is compatible with a wide range of General Motors vehicles equipped with AFM technology.
