Overview

Constructed with a seamless working cylinder, Teflon piston rings, and sintered iron rod guides, it features a triple chrome-plated piston rod and a multi-lip, synthetic oil seal to prevent fluid leaks and keep contaminants out.

The KYB 734005 AGX adjustable strut is engineered to provide high-performance drivers with precise control over their vehicle's damping. This front strut assembly allows for rapid and convenient adjustments to the damping rate directly on the vehicle, either via an external knob or a screwdriver slot at the top of the piston rod, offering four or eight stages of adjustment depending on the specific model. Constructed with twin-tube hydraulic gas technology, the KYB AGX strut features velocity-sensitive valving. This design ensures a comfortable ride during gentle driving conditions, while automatically firming up to provide enhanced damping force as driving intensity increases. The strut has a compressed length of 13.39 inches and an extended length of 19.06 inches, with a 12X1.25 upper mount type and a bracket lower mount type. The stroke length is 5.67 inches. KYB backs this strut with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Please note that this product is currently on nationwide backorder and is not available in the USA, though pre-orders can be placed to reserve the item.
