The Maxloadstance 112160K-2 is a component for air suspension systems, specifically designed as air bags. Maxload engineers meticulously analyze shaft structures to select compatible cover plates, guaranteeing optimal leakproofness upon installation. The product supports distinct sealing methodologies tailored for different shaft types. The Half Thread Shaft Sealing Method, often referred to as Press Seal, relies on a sealing O-ring positioned at the base of the thread. When the top mount is affixed and the top nut is secured, the air bag's upper plate exerts pressure on the O-ring, achieving a seal. In contrast, the Full Thread Shaft Sealing Method utilizes a sealing O-ring situated at the bottom of the threads and the top of the shaft, allowing the ring to encircle the shaft for a secure seal. This product offers versatility in installation based on the shaft's threading configuration. This model is part of Maxloadstance's broader air suspension offerings, which include various air management systems like the P1 and HP2, as well as components such as tanks, compressors, and camber plates.
