The Glacier Diesel Power Air-Boss CR Intake Plenum & Grid Heater Delete Kit is engineered to address high EGTs and fuel limitations in 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins engines. Unlike simple flat plates, this elevated aluminum plenum is designed to significantly increase airflow to the rear cylinders (4, 5, and 6), opening the plenum area by 30%. This enhanced airflow helps to reduce EGTs, enabling higher fueling levels. The kit includes a shortened grid heater delete block, which is crucial for maintaining the correct IC piping to intake manifold connection geometry. This ensures compatibility with all aftermarket intake manifolds as well as the stock setup. The kit also comes with factory gaskets and shortened injector line retaining brackets. Glacier Diesel Power offers options for colder climates where retaining the grid heater is beneficial. These options include a grid heater version with custom-length stainless steel studs to accommodate the plenum's increased height, or a package that includes both the delete block and heater components for versatility. This product is specifically designed for the 5.9L Cummins engine in 2003-2007 Dodge Ram trucks. It's important to note that this product Does NOT Ship To California.
