Description

This Velvac 3-1/2" Air Cylinder with an 8.68" stroke is designed for enhanced tailgate control in semi-trucks, commercial vehicles, and tractors. It operates with an air compressor to manage the movement of pneumatic or hydraulic tailgates. Constructed from robust materials, these cylinders are built to withstand daily wear and tear in various applications and environments. They are available in push/pull, solenoid-operated, and spring-return configurations. Each cylinder is 100% tested and backed by a 1-year warranty. At 100psi, this air cylinder delivers 962 lbs of thrust and 918 lbs of draw.
