Constructed with a reinforced polyurethane frame, the P08F1-85 is designed for straightforward installation and durability. Its innovative polyester fabric is highly permeable and stable, unaffected by folding, pressure differences, or maintenance, unlike traditional cotton filters. This material provides a constant filtration and airflow value over time, retaining 95.22% of 100 μ. particles, significantly more than cotton filters. The filter also incorporates a steel wire mesh with an epoxy varnish finish for structural support and features a patented PTFE (Teflon™) treatment that creates a water-resistant barrier, making it suitable for demanding conditions. With an impressive airflow rate of 15,000 l/m²/sec and a filtration efficiency of 85μm, this dry filter requires no oil treatments and can be cleaned using only compressed air, simplifying maintenance. It is a direct OEM replacement, offering increased air permeability and filtration efficiency compared to standard cotton or paper filters.
