The AirDog II-4G Air/Fuel Separation System (model A6SABF492) is engineered as the next generation in fuel delivery for 1999-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke diesel engines. This system effectively removes water, particulates, vapor, and entrained air from diesel fuel, ensuring a cleaner and more efficient fuel supply to the engine. It is designed to support 500HP-800HP and features a flow rate of 165 gallons per hour, with a preset pressure of 50-55 PSI. Innovative improvements in the AirDog II-4G design contribute to increased pump performance, reduced noise, and lower maintenance. A key feature is the intermediate pump shaft that positions the electric motor away from the fuel, mitigating risks associated with seal leaks.
