Air House 2 Single Bellow Air Bag

The Universal Air Air House 2 is a single bellow air bag engineered to maximize space for typical 6" diameter applications. Its compact design offers a super short 2" collapsed height and a massive 8.5" extended height, resulting in 6.5" of available bag travel and even more potential at the wheels with leveraged suspension. This air bag provides more travel than many in its diameter class and is ideally suited for control arm front suspension or link rear systems where bags are mounted on the bar to take advantage of leverage. Constructed with heavy-duty, thick rubber, the Air House 2 features machined 6061 aluminum caps and an industry-standard bolt pattern. Its single bellow construction greatly increases stability, allowing for increased angle and load applications without the risk of the center kicking out. The maximum outside diameter when compressed is 5.875", shrinking to about 5.5" when inflated, which minimizes frame cutting in most applications. A noticeable reduction in vehicle sway is reported compared to typical double convoluted designs. This air bag has an optimum ride height between 3.5" and 5.25" and can provide up to 2600 lbs. of force at 115 PSI, with a tested burst pressure of 615 PSI. Port size options include 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" NPT (special order for 1/4").
