Air House 7 Aerosport Air Bag

The Universal Air Air House 7 Aerosport air bag is the latest addition to the Aerosport Family, featuring a 7-inch diameter designed to provide 25% extra power or pressure reduction at ride height, specifically for heavy vehicle applications. It shares the trusted design and mounting of the standard Aerosport but with a larger diameter for increased capacity. This air bag incorporates Universal Air's Patented Internal Chamber Technology. Unlike traditional designs, the air flows into the middle section between the inner and outer bellows, eliminating moving seals for enhanced durability. The air bag is designed to slip over any strut that is 2.14 inches or smaller in diameter, making it compatible with aftermarket coilovers, aftermarket struts, OEM struts, and hybrid systems. For proper installation and to ensure the bag remains straight and prevents internal rubbing, it should be fitted to the struts using brackets. For McPherson front suspensions, a bearing is required to prevent the bag from binding during steering adjustments. Brackets are sold separately. Installation instructions and tips are available through Universal Air's online knowledge base. Specifications include a 4.125" collapsed height, 9.5" extended height, and a 7" maximum diameter. It features a 2.17" internal diameter, a 1/4" NPT air port inlet, and a 3.45" center-to-center bolt pattern. The construction is heavy-duty thick rubber with machined 6061 aluminum caps.
