It delivers cold, fresh air from outside the engine bay to the engine via a large-diameter, free-flowing pipe. Developed for racing applications, this system provides significant airflow gains and rapid turbo spool response.

Developed with racing applications in mind, this intake delivers impressive airflow gains and significantly reduces turbo spool time, often by up to 500rpm, ensuring lightning-fast turbo response. The system features a fully-enclosed black anodized aluminum housing that contains a high-flow, triple-layer cone filter. As a ram-air style intake, it directly draws cold, dense air from the front edge of the vehicle's front panel. The enclosed filter housing specifically prevents the intake of hot air from within the engine bay, ensuring optimal performance. Users will experience a rich induction noise under acceleration and notice the distinct sound of the diverter valve when lifting off the throttle between gears. This intake is designed for specific Volkswagen models including the Beetle (2.0T, CCTA engine code only), Golf VI (2.0T, CCTA engine code only), and Jetta VI GLI Sedan. It is not for sale or use in California on any pollution-controlled vehicle, as per the California Air Resources Board.
