Air Intake System Ford Fiesta ST

The Revo Air Intake System is engineered as a high-performance upgrade specifically for the Ford Fiesta ST. It addresses the inherent restrictiveness of the stock intake system, which can slow airflow and limit power, especially when paired with aftermarket software. This system replaces the OEM rear plastic pipe with a one-piece, 70mm mandrel-bent aluminum pipe, ensuring smooth, unrestricted airflow. It utilizes automotive-grade silicone couplers and a Revo 3-stage foam filter with an integrated MAF sensor housing for easy installation and accurate scaling. A custom heat shield is included, which uses the factory cold air feed to isolate the filter from engine bay heat, sealing against the bonnet when closed. Revo recommends this intake for vehicles running Stage 2 and Stage 3 software to maximize performance, but it also offers a noticeable improvement in intake noise and throttle response even with Stage 1 software. In-house dyno testing has shown gains of +8-10 WHP and +10 NM of torque over the stock system.
