The Ksport Airtech Basic Air Suspension System offers a revolutionary approach to air suspension, eliminating the need to piece together a kit from scratch. This complete, model-specific package is designed for a 100% bolt-on installation with no custom modifications required. Each system is developed with vehicle-specific dampers, air compressors, lines, wiring harnesses, and instructions. The Airtech Suspension Systems feature KSport's monotube coil over dampers equipped with pre-installed air bags. These dampers are constructed from billet 6061 aluminum with zinc electroplated steel shafts, providing resistance to salt, rust, and environmental damage. They offer 36 levels of damping adjustment, controlling both rebound and compression simultaneously. Ride height is managed through the air bags, which can be adjusted either from the cockpit using an included controller or remotely via a keyfob-style unit. Additionally, height can be adjusted directly on the damper using KSport’s unique adjustable mounting technology, which maintains suspension travel and ride comfort. This comprehensive kit includes a 5-gallon, 9-port air tank, a Viair 380c compressor with a 200psi, 100% duty cycle rating, and a 200psi pressure switch. It also comes with a silencing base plate, paddle valve switches, a dual-needle gauge, mounting brackets, high-pressure air lines, power wiring, and a fuse box. The kit provides four full struts with adjustable lower mounts, aluminum top mounts, and the aforementioned 36 levels of damping adjustment.
