The Ksport Airtech Basic Air Suspension System is engineered as a comprehensive, model-specific kit, eliminating the need for custom modifications and ensuring a direct bolt-on installation. This system replaces traditional air suspension components with integrated, high-performance parts. At its core are KSport's monotube coilover dampers, featuring pre-installed airbags. These dampers are constructed from durable billet 6061 aluminum with zinc electroplated steel shafts, providing resistance to corrosion from salt, rust, and environmental contaminants. The system offers 36 distinct levels of adjustment, allowing for simultaneous tuning of both rebound and compression characteristics. Ride height is managed via the airbags, which can be controlled from inside the cabin or remotely using KSport's keyfob-style controller. Additionally, the dampers themselves allow for ride height adjustment without compromising suspension travel or comfort, thanks to KSport's unique adjustable mounting technology. Each Airtech kit includes essential components such as a 5-gallon, 9-port air tank, a Viair 380c compressor with a 200psi, 100% duty cycle, a 200psi pressure switch, a silencing base plate, paddle valve switches, a 200psi dual needle gauge, a mounting bracket, ¼” high-pressure air lines, power wiring, and a fuse box. The kit also contains four full struts with adjustable lower mounts, aluminum top mounts, and the aforementioned 36 levels of damping adjustment, along with four high-pressure airbags.
