The Ksport Airtech Basic Air Suspension System (CHD440-ABA) is engineered as a complete, model-specific solution for the 2016-2020 Honda HR-V FWD. This kit eliminates the need to piece together components, offering a reliable and high-performance air suspension upgrade with a 100% bolt-on installation. At the core of this system are KSport's monotube coilovers, featuring factory-installed air bags. The dampers are constructed with durable billet 6061 aluminum and feature zinc electroplated steel shafts, providing resistance to corrosion and environmental damage. These dampers offer 36 levels of simultaneous adjustment for both rebound and compression, allowing for precise tuning of ride characteristics. Ride height is dynamically managed through the air bags, which can be controlled from the cockpit or via KSport's award-winning keyfob-style remote adjustment controller. Additionally, the unique adjustable mounting technology on the dampers allows for ride height changes without compromising suspension travel or comfort. The Airtech Basic Air Suspension System includes all necessary components for a comprehensive installation. This includes a 5-gallon air tank with 9 ports, a Viair 380c compressor (200psi, 100% duty cycle), a 200psi pressure switch, a silencing base plate, two paddle valve switches, a 200psi dual needle gauge with a mounting bracket, high-pressure air lines, power wiring, and a fuse box.
