Air Struts

The SF Racing Air Struts are engineered for the 2013-2020 Hyundai Grand Santa Fe FWD/AWD (NC) chassis, offering enthusiasts a premium solution for achieving an aggressive stance and personalized ride quality. Each kit features a monotube damper design with 32 levels of adjustable damping, allowing precise control over rebound and compression. The T6-6061 aluminum construction, including anodized top mounts, perches, and collars, ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The electroplated shock body offers enhanced rust protection, and the low-friction housing contributes to smooth damping and extended longevity. SAE9254 Japanese cold-wound springs and Japanese NOK seals with Italian IP damping oil are used to ensure consistent performance and prevent leaks. These air struts are designed as a 100% bolt-on replacement, requiring no modifications for installation unless otherwise specified in the product's specifications. The front suspension is a true coilover design, while the rear features a divorced (separate shock and spring) setup. The front top mounts can be equipped with standard aluminum bushings or optional aluminum camber plates with pillowball bushings, while rear top mounts are not applicable. SF Racing coilovers do not interface with OEM electronic damping control systems, and additional parts may be needed to resolve error codes if the vehicle is equipped with such electronics. Pillowball mounts refer to the type of bushing and do not imply camber plates.
