The construction utilizes T6-6061 aluminum for lightweight, corrosion-resistant anodized top mounts, perches, and collars, while the electroplated shock body provides rust protection. Internal components feature low-friction, pressure-resistant housings, reinforced rubber top mounts to reduce noise and improve handling, SAE9254 Japanese cold-wound springs for durability, and Japanese NOK seals with Italian IP damping oil to prevent leaks and ensure high-performance damping. Double bellows are included to increase suspension travel and load capacity. Installation is a 100% bolt-on replacement, requiring no modifications unless otherwise specified in the product's specifications. The front dampers have a 52mm diameter and the rear dampers have a 50mm diameter. Front top mounts are available as standard aluminum with rubber bushings or optional aluminum camber plates with pillowball bushings, while rear top mounts feature aluminum with rubber bushings. This kit specifically fits 2WD vehicles and does not interface with OEM electronic damping control systems (EDC, DDS, etc.); additional parts may be required to remove error codes if such electronics are present.
