AIR STRUTS V40 2013-19

The D2 Racing RS Series coilovers with air suspension cups provide a dual-purpose solution for performance handling and obstacle clearance. This system allows for precise suspension tuning with the added benefit of a 2-inch front-end lift capability when equipped with the pneumatic air cups, facilitating easier navigation over speed bumps or steep driveways.

The system features a 36-way adjustable monotube shock design, enabling fine-tuning of rebound and compression damping to suit driving preferences. Components include high-quality aluminum mounts and independent height and spring preload adjustments. The air cups are designed to be integrated into the existing coilover setup for immediate lift functionality.

Installation is a complex process requiring a full day of labor. The process involves removing factory suspension assemblies, ensuring correct spring preload settings, and installing the pneumatic lines and control systems for the air cups. Professional installation is highly recommended to ensure correct alignment and pneumatic system integrity.

Compatible with 2013-2019 Volvo V40. This system is designed for performance use and is not CARB compliant.
