Air Suspension Coilover Kit with 36-Way Adjustable Dampers

The Ksport Airtech Basic Air Suspension System (CNS150-ABA) is a revolutionary, all-inclusive solution designed to replace traditional air bag suspension systems that often require piecing together components with compromises in reliability and performance. This kit is engineered as a complete, model-specific package that is 100% bolt-on, eliminating the need for custom modifications. Each system includes dampers specifically developed for the vehicle, along with integrated air compressors, lines, wiring harnesses, and instructions. At the core of this system are KSport's monotube coil-over dampers featuring pre-installed air bags. Constructed from billet 6061 aluminum with zinc-electroplated steel shafts, these components are built to withstand harsh environmental conditions including salt, rust, and dirt. The dampers provide 36 levels of adjustment, allowing for simultaneous changes to both rebound and compression. Ride height can be precisely tuned through the air bags, offering control via an in-cockpit setup or a remote keyfob-style controller. Additionally, KSport's unique adjustable mounting technology on the dampers allows for height adjustments without sacrificing suspension travel or ride comfort. The Airtech Basic kit comes complete with essential components, including a 5-gallon, 9-port air tank, a Viair 380c compressor with a 200psi output and 100% duty cycle, a 200psi pressure switch, a silencing base plate, paddle valve switches, a dual-needle 200psi gauge with a mounting bracket, ¼” high-pressure air line, power wire, and a fuse box. The system includes four full struts with adjustable lower mounts, aluminum top mounts, and the aforementioned 36 levels of damping adjustment, paired with four high-pressure airbags.
