This kit builds upon the proven performance of Ksport's Procomp series by incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and pads, along with an increased piston count and advanced full-floating rotors that enhance self-centering capabilities and reduce drag for optimal performance. The calipers are meticulously crafted from a single billet of aerospace-grade aluminum, ensuring exceptional strength, light weight, and resistance to corrosion. They also feature aluminum pistons, which offer superior heat dissipation compared to standard materials. This Supercomp kit features a floating two-piece rotor design, where the outer rotor section can adjust for better self-centering within the caliper. Standard with the kit are NAOC Ceramic SC5 street pads, offering a balance of braking performance for street use and occasional track days, while significantly reducing brake dust, noise, and rotor wear. The kit also includes D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which eliminate line expansion under pressure for a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. You can further customize your kit with either slotted or cross-drilled rotors. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they run cooler, while slotted rotors are better suited for track-focused applications. Ksport Big Brake kits are built to order, with production and delivery typically taking 4-6 weeks. This kit is specifically designed for the 2000-2003 Nissan Maxima models.
