Keep your supercharged Mustang running at peak performance with the Ford Performance Electric Intercooler Water Pump. This unit is the production OEM pump found on the 2007-2012 Shelby GT500 and is designed to circulate coolant effectively through your supercharger's intercooler and heat exchanger system. For owners of the 2003-2004 Cobra, this pump offers an improved design over the stock unit for enhanced durability and can be fitted with minor modifications. Featuring a 19mm (3/4-inch) inlet and outlet hose barb connection, this plastic pump comes in a black finish and includes a rubber-isolated mounting bracket for a secure and vibration-dampened installation. The direct-fit application for the 2007-2012 Shelby GT500 means a straightforward replacement process, while the 2003-2004 Cobra application requires some minor adjustments. This pump is also suitable for other Ford OE and custom coolant pumping applications. Installation is estimated to take approximately 30 minutes and requires light to moderate mechanical skill. The product includes the electric intercooler water pump itself. This part is compatible with 2007-2012 Shelby GT500 Mustangs and 2003-2004 Cobras.
