Aircraft Billet Caliper

This sophisticated bolt-on upgrade enhances brake power, especially under sustained high-heat situations. Constructed with an extreme lightweight, one-piece caliper CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet, this kit features a differential bore configuration. Each caliper weighs just over 5 lbs and includes machined-in protection grooves for bridge tubes. Standard features on each caliper design include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design improves pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems. The kit includes stainless-steel brake lines that resist expansion under pressure. The brake system utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly for reduced rotating and unsprung weight. Depending on the application, a floating disc option is available to mitigate thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing disc warping or cupping. The unique slot design on the rotor efficiently reduces braking noise and expels gas and pad debris faster than conventional designs. All rotors are heat-treated and balanced before shipment for peak performance. For daily-driven vehicles, cross-drilled rotors are recommended for cooler operation, while slotted rotors are advised for vehicles with more track use.
