Aircraft-Grade Aluminum Big Brake Kit

The calipers are constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, offering a lightweight yet incredibly strong and corrosion-resistant foundation. Each caliper houses aluminum pistons, which enhance heat resistance and promote smoother operation. This design, combined with an opposed-piston caliper layout, dramatically improves pad grip and minimizes uneven pad wear, ensuring consistent performance under demanding conditions. Key features of this kit include 380mm (15-inch) diameter, 2-piece vented and slotted cast iron rotors with aluminum centers to reduce rotational mass and improve braking response. The kit comes with street-performance pads and heavy-duty caliper seals suitable for sustained high-temperature use. Reinforced carbon steel caliper brackets ensure these larger-than-OEM calipers bolt directly onto the factory mounting points without requiring modifications. Stainless steel brake lines are included to prevent expansion under high temperatures and pressures, leading to a firmer and more responsive pedal feel.
