Airtech 36-Way Adjustable Air Strut Assembly

The Ksport Airtech CHD400-ASO delivers a complete air strut assembly designed for exceptional ride quality and extensive adjustability. This system is built using aircraft-grade aluminum and heavy-gauge steel with a durable powdercoat finish, ensuring corrosion resistance and long-term performance for daily driving and track use. Key features include high-pressure, vehicle-specific air bags that can be configured in sleeve-type or double bellow designs depending on the OEM suspension type. Ride stiffness is controlled by air pressure, allowing for a firmer feel with higher PSI or a softer, more compliant ride with lower PSI. The system offers 36-way adjustable damping, enabling precise suspension tuning through an included knob. Additionally, adjustable lower mounts allow for fine-tuning ride height at various PSI levels without compromising suspension travel, and the wide height adjustability range is approximately 0–120/200mm (4.7–7.8 inches), allowing for a dramatic drop or stock height. The shocks themselves are equipped with the same quality components found in Ksport's Kontrol Pro Coilover kits, internally re-valved to accommodate PSI-based ride changes. The top mount type for the front is a pillowball mount with camber adjustment, while the rear features an aluminum mount with no camber adjustment. This kit operates on a 12-volt system and is not subject to CARB regulations.
