Airtech Basic Air Suspension System

The Ksport Airtech Basic Air Suspension System offers a revolutionary approach to air suspension, providing a complete, model-specific kit for your vehicle. This system is designed for a 100% bolt-on installation, eliminating the need for custom modifications to OEM shock absorbers or top mounts. Each kit is fully developed for its intended application, including model-specific dampers, air compressors, lines, wiring harnesses, and detailed instructions. At the core of the Airtech system are KSport's monotube coil over dampers, which come with pre-installed air bags. These dampers are constructed from billet 6061 aluminum with zinc electroplated steel shafts, providing excellent resistance to environmental damage such as salt, rust, and dirt. The dampers offer 36 levels of adjustment for rebound and compression, allowing for precise tuning of your suspension's performance. Ride height is managed through the air bags, which can be controlled either from the cockpit or via KSport's award-winning keyfob-style height adjustment controller. Additionally, the unique adjustable mounting technology on the dampers allows for ride height adjustments without compromising suspension travel or comfort. The complete Airtech Suspension System includes all necessary components for installation and operation. This includes a 5-gallon, 9-port air tank, a Viair 380c compressor with a 200psi 100% duty cycle, a 200psi pressure switch, a silencing base plate, paddle valve switches, a 200psi dual needle gauge with a bracket, ¼” high-pressure air line, power wiring, and a fuse box. The kit also contains four full struts with adjustable lower mounts, aluminum top mounts, and the aforementioned 36 levels of damping adjustment, along with four high-pressure airbags.
