Airtech Basic Air Suspension System

The Ksport Airtech Basic Air Suspension System is engineered as a complete, model-specific package for the 1994-1997 Volkswagen Passat B4 chassis, eliminating the need for consumers to piece together separate components. This system is designed for a 100% bolt-on installation, requiring no custom modifications to your vehicle. Each kit features KSport's monotube coil-over dampers with factory-pre-installed air bags. These dampers are constructed with billet 6061 aluminum components and zinc electroplated steel shafts, offering resistance to environmental damage like salt and rust. The system provides 36 levels of adjustment for both rebound and compression simultaneously, allowing for precise tuning of your vehicle's ride. Ride height is managed through the air bags, which can be adjusted either from inside the cockpit or remotely via an award-winning keyfob-style controller. Additionally, KSport's adjustable mounting technology allows for height adjustments directly on the damper without compromising suspension travel or ride comfort. The complete kit includes a Viair 380c air compressor (200psi, 100% duty cycle), a 5-gallon air tank with 9 ports, all necessary wiring, plumbing, a 200psi pressure switch, silencing base plate, paddle valve switches, a dual-needle gauge with bracket, and detailed instructions.
