The Akrapovic S-AU/TI/28H Evolution Line (Titanium) Catback Exhaust System is an advanced aftermarket exhaust upgrade meticulously engineered for the 2025+ Audi RS3 Sedan (8Y FL). Constructed from high-grade titanium for the tubing and muffler, this system offers a significant weight reduction of 36.2% compared to the factory exhaust. It connects to the vehicle's stock downpipes via a high-quality stainless-steel link pipe and culminates in handcrafted carbon-fibre tailpipes with titanium inner sleeves. This system is designed to elevate both the acoustic experience and the performance of the Audi RS3. Dyno testing by Akrapovič showed power gains of 7.5 kW (10.2 hp) at 5,450 rpm and torque increases of 8.8 Nm at 3,900 rpm. The exhaust features two exhaust valves, one for each side of the muffler, allowing for a versatile sound profile: a relaxed purr in comfort mode, a more engaging tone in dynamic mode, and a full, aggressive sound under hard acceleration. An Akrapovič Sound Kit is available as an option for full control over the exhaust tones, though its installation invalidates the ECE type-approval certificate. This exhaust system is ECE type approved for vehicles equipped with an Otto/gasoline particulate filter. An optional high-gloss handmade rear carbon-fibre diffuser is also available separately.
