AL552 ZF8 TCU Tune

The Integrated Engineering TCU Tune is a performance calibration designed to significantly transform the driving experience of your Audi B9/B9.5 RS5 or RS4 equipped with the AL552 ZF8 automatic transmission. This tune increases shift speed, modifies torque limit maps, and optimizes line pressure to protect against transmission slip, all contributing to increased performance. The Stage 2 tune is intended for use with Stage 1 or Stage 2 ECU tunes. Key features include optimized shift points for the fastest acceleration, with specific RPMs detailed for each gear in Stage 2 and Stage 2 Plus configurations. It enables launch control in all drive modes, offering user-adjustable street, aggressive, or race settings to dial in the quickest launch for your setup. The tune also allows for 7th and 8th gear engagement in sport mode, enables downshifting into 1st gear without a full stop, and reduces time for double-downshifts. Furthermore, it eliminates gear-hunting situations with revised drive mapping. Important compatibility information: 2021+ models are equipped with advanced security locks that prevent Stage 2 Transmission tuning. Integrated Engineering is working to bypass these security measures. In the interim, Stage 1 TCU tuning is fully compatible and will allow full power output from the ECU tune. This tune requires a V4 POWERlink cable, which can flash both ECU and TCU tunes if purchased together.
