Alcon's new Ford F-150 Big Brake kit is a direct conversion from their military/NGO brake systems, offering substantial improvements over stock brake performance. This heavy-duty front brake kit is ideal for towing, off-road use, or general performance enhancement (not compatible with Gen3 Raptor). It features high-temperature seals used in motorsports and wiper seals on every piston for dirt exclusion, ensuring durability in harsh conditions. The ductile iron caliper housing provides maximum strength, stiffness, and resistance to impact and fatigue, while an epoxy acrylic paint over acid zinc finish offers maximum corrosion protection. The kit includes high-friction pads and larger 347x36mm slotted rotors, which increase brake torque and thermal capacity, reducing fade. The increased pad area also helps reduce temperatures and extend pad life. The kit is designed with a low profile to fit under OEM wheels and is compatible with the stock master cylinder. This comprehensive kit includes everything needed for installation, such as calipers, adapters, spacers, hardware, and performance brake pads.
