Alien Head 2 SS 14" Full Exhaust System

The Brock's Performance 14" Alien Head 2 Ultra-Light SS Full Exhaust System is engineered to provide maximized power gains for both stock and modified Suzuki Hayabusa engines. Constructed from aerospace quality, ultra-lightweight stainless steel, this system delivers an aggressive sound and distinctive look, surpassing the original Alien Head™ muffler. It features a full 2.25” diameter secondary section and a larger flange kit, designed to complement high-performance aftermarket cylinder head porting. This free-flow enhancement allows for increased performance, especially when paired with aftermarket ECU modifications, and enables larger displacement engines to breathe freely. The system includes a 14" megaphone muffler with a 2.25" outlet permanent baffle, providing increased exhaust flow. The package comes with an Emissions/PAIR Block Off Cap and instructions for decel-pop reduction, along with a tube of Permatex Ultra Copper® sealant. Additionally, Brock's offers a lifetime direct support package and a map support program for track maps (race fuel) or optimized pump gas maps for increased drivability and fuel mileage. This exhaust system is designed to fit the 1999-2020 Suzuki Hayabusa models. It includes a special Spacer Kit, which allows a Gen 2 Hayabusa (2008-2020) Alien Head 2 exhaust system to be used on a Gen 1 Hayabusa (1999-2007) without permanent modification. The Spacer Kit is not required for 2008-2020 models. An optional 2.25” noise reduction insert is sold separately for those seeking a quieter operation.
