The Wunderladen Racing Coolant Expansion Tank is an all-aluminum construction, welded to create a leakproof tank. The tank includes a large, serviceable billet sightglass for monitoring coolant levels and -10 ORB fittings for plug-and-play installation. A new 1.1 bar pressure cap is also included.

Constructed entirely from aluminum and expertly welded, this tank ensures a leakproof and durable solution. Its internal triple baffle system actively removes air from the cooling system, preventing it from recirculating back into the engine. A key feature is the large, serviceable billet sightglass, which provides an accurate view of the coolant level across the entire height of the tank, unlike smaller window units. The sightglass window and its o-ring are replaceable, offering long-term serviceability. The tank utilizes large -10 ORB fittings, ensuring a straightforward, plug-and-play installation for various engine configurations including the 1.5T, NA 2.0L, and Type R, without introducing restrictions. A new 1.1 bar pressure cap is included. This expansion tank is available in two finishes: wrinkle black powder coat for a subtle look or raw aluminum to showcase the welds and craftsmanship. It also comes in two fitments: Sport/Si, which covers the 2016-2021 Civic LX/EX/Sport/Si models (1.5T and NA 2.0L engines), and Type R, designed for the 2017-2021 and 2023-2026 Civic Type R, as well as the 2024-2026 Integra Type S. Key specifications include: all aluminum construction, welded for leakproof integrity, triple baffle system, large serviceable billet sightglass, -10 ORB fittings, and a 1.1 bar pressure cap.
