The Bullet Proof Diesel All-Aluminum Radiator is a robust cooling solution engineered for the 2005-2007 Ford 6.0L F-Series trucks with Power Stroke Diesel engines. This radiator replaces OEM plastic tanks and hose connections with durable aluminum, offering a stronger and more reliable alternative. While not manufactured by Bullet Proof Diesel, it has undergone rigorous testing on their own trucks with excellent results, providing similar cooling capacity to the original equipment but with superior construction. The radiator features aluminum tanks and an aluminum core, ensuring longevity and resistance to heat fatigue. It includes aluminum hose connections for added durability and ease of installation. The core specifications include a single row design with 1¾" inlet and 2" outlet diameters. For automatic transmissions, it is equipped with 7 transmission cooler plates, each measuring 12" in length, and will work with most transmission oil line fittings. The direct-fit design ensures it functions seamlessly within the F-Series chassis. Included with this radiator is a transmission line disconnect tool to aid in installation. Please note that this radiator is NOT compatible with E-Series Vans. It comes with a 1-year parts warranty against manufacturer defects. Free ground shipping is provided to the lower 48 states.
