The Champion Cooling MC951 is a high-performance, four-row all-aluminum radiator engineered for demanding, modified engines. Constructed with brazed aluminum tubes and tig-welded aluminum tanks, it features 10-12 louvered fins per inch for efficient heat dissipation. This radiator is designed to handle engines producing significantly more horsepower than stock, typically recommended for applications in the 800-1200+ HP range. The MC951 boasts a robust construction with aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring durability and optimal cooling performance. Its core measures 17.25" tall x 26.25" wide x 2.75" thick, with a total radiator dimension of 20" tall x 32" wide. It features a 1.38" inlet on the driver side and a 1.63" outlet on the passenger side. The unit is saddle-mounted and includes a brass petcock. This radiator comes equipped with a transmission cooler and a 13 lb. radiator cap. For optimal performance with electric fans, one 16" or two 12" fans are recommended (sold separately). Due to its maximum size, slight modification of the mounting saddles may be required, especially if the stock radiator was not a factory four-row. An aluminum shroud for a 16" fan is also available separately. The Champion Cooling MC951 is backed by a lifetime warranty. It is specifically designed to fit 1982-1992 Chevrolet Camaro models with various engine options including 2.5L, 3.1L V6, 5.0L V8, and 5.7L V8 engines.
