The CSF 7087 is a high-performance all-aluminum side radiator engineered for specific Porsche models, including the 991.2 Carrera, GT3, RS, R, GT2, RS, and the 718 Boxster, Cayman, and GT4. Central to its cooling prowess is CSF's exclusive B-Tube Technology. Unlike standard oval tubes, these specially engineered 'B-tubes' increase the heat transfer surface area by approximately 15%, achieving the efficiency of two smaller tubes within the same space. This design also allows for 'dual liquid laminar flow.' Combined with ultra-efficient, multi-louvered fins that are precisely aligned to maximize airflow, the radiator is tested in a wind-tunnel lab to ensure maximum heat rejection efficiency. The construction features a 2-row, 42mm core with a 6.5mm fin height and a multi-louvered design for maximum surface area contact. The radiator is constructed entirely of aluminum with 100% TIG-welded end tanks, CNC-machined brackets, and fittings for durability and precise fitment. It is individually leak and pressure tested to ensure reliability. The inlet and outlet connections are OEM-style and measure 1.625 inches, with the inlet located at the top right and the outlet at the bottom left, utilizing a cross-flow design. The radiator accepts the OEM AC condenser and fan shroud, simplifying the process. While mounting hardware and a radiator cap are not included, it mounts using OE hardware.
