All-Aluminum Triple Pass Radiator

The CSF Performance Radiator (part #7084) is a high-performance, all-aluminum cooling solution designed for the MQB platform. It features a dual core measuring 42mm in thickness and utilizes CSF's exclusive B-tube technology for enhanced heat transfer. The triple-pass flow structure allows coolant to traverse the radiator core three times, significantly increasing its contact time with cooling fins and ensuring the lowest possible outlet temperatures, even under demanding race conditions. This contrasts with the OEM unit, which has a single-pass 26mm core and plastic end tanks. This kit includes the CSF Performance Radiator, do88 Performance silicone coolant hoses with clamps, and G40 coolant. The silicone hoses are manufactured with three to five layers of reinforcement, providing durability against high pressure and temperatures, unlike original rubber hoses that can crack with age. Installation requires reusing original hose connections and cutting the original clamps with a hacksaw. A critical fitment note: the CSF #7084 radiator will not fit with all aftermarket intercoolers. Specifically, intercoolers with a core thickness greater than 60mm will not be compatible due to the thicker 42mm core of the CSF radiator. However, it is confirmed to work with intercoolers from AMS, APR, and 034 Motorsport.
