Water-based cleaner engineered for tires, wheels, engines, plastic, vinyl, machinery, flooring, and more. This powerful, high-pH formula removes grease, oily dirt, bugs, brake dust, and road film. Recommended a 10:1 (water: APC) ratio for general cleaning and a 5:1 ratio for cleaning difficult mechanical areas. APC has a basic pH level of 10.
