Allison 1000/2000/2400 Series Transmission Pan

The Pacific 128051000 is a heavy-duty cast aluminum deep transmission pan engineered to replace the stock stamped-steel pan on GM Allison 1000, 2000, and 2400 series transmissions. This upgrade offers complete drainage, improved durability, enhanced cooling, and superior transmission protection compared to the original pan, which has limited capacity and lacks structural strength. Constructed from premium A356.0-T6 heat-treated cast aluminum alloy using a permanent mold casting process, this pan boasts high strength, thermal conductivity, and dimensional accuracy. It increases transmission fluid capacity by 4 quarts, providing greater thermal stamina and reducing the risk of overheating. The pan features tall 3/4-inch external fins that improve heat dissipation and impact resistance, while deep 1.2-inch internal baffles enhance heat absorption and minimize fluid sloshing. These elements work together with cast-in gussets to create an ultra-strong, rigid structure. Additional features include a 304 stainless steel drain plug with a neodymium magnet to capture ferrous metal shavings and a Viton O-ring. The pan also includes 1/8-inch and 1/4-inch NPT ports with pre-installed plugs for easy serviceability and integrated filter supports. It is compatible with OEM gaskets and comes with a new deep transmission filter. This transmission pan is designed for 2001-2019 GM models with Allison 1000, 2000, and 2400 series transmissions.
