The ATS Diesel Performance Full Allison Conversion Kit offers a comprehensive solution for upgrading your 2007.5-2009 4WD Ram truck with a 6.7L Cummins engine. This kit replaces the factory 68RFE transmission with a robust Allison LCT1000, providing increased reliability and the capability to handle higher power levels. Engineered with ATS's proprietary TRANSLator technology and a patent-pending Allison to Cummins Bellhousing, this conversion kit ensures seamless integration of all factory features. This includes push-button start, tow/haul mode, electronic range select, and electronic transfer case functionality. The TRANSLator module allows the Allison TCM to communicate with the Ram ECM, resulting in a nearly plug-and-play installation. The specific kit (MPN 319-914-2326) is designed for 2007.5-2009 models with the 68RFE transmission. The available stages offer varying levels of internal component upgrades, from the Stage 1 which includes the ATS-built Allison transmission and a five-star torque converter, up to Stage 5 which incorporates billet input and output shafts, a billet intermediate shaft, and a billet P2 carrier, C2 hub, and modified P1 sun gear planetary assembly. Higher stages also come with increased horsepower ratings, reaching up to 1100 hp / 2200 ft-lb in Stage 5. Note: For proper installation and operation, the vehicle's ECM will need to be flashed to an Aisin transmission calibration.
