The AMS Performance Alpha MAP Sensor is a direct-fit upgrade designed to provide precise boost control for vehicles operating over 24 psi. This 4-bar absolute pressure sensor allows for reliable measurement of boost pressures up to 44 psi, significantly enhancing safety and enabling more accurate data collection for tuners. This improved data accuracy results in more precise and safer tunes on the dyno. The sensor features a plug-and-play installation, utilizing the factory connector to integrate seamlessly into your vehicle's harness without requiring any cutting of wires. It is compatible with both the stock ECU and any aftermarket engine management system. The Alpha MAP Sensor aims to solve issues of inaccurate boost control at higher levels, where the factory sensor becomes unreliable, ensuring that your vehicle's boost levels are accurately managed.
