The Alpha Performance Big Bore Billet Throttle Bodies are designed for the Nissan R35 GT-R. These throttle bodies feature a 73.5mm ID bore, which is the largest on the market, increasing the cross-sectional area by 50% over stock 60mm units. Constructed from CNC billet 6061-T6 aluminum, they are engineered to support up to 2000+HP.

These throttle bodies utilize existing Nissan OEM drive-by-wire electronics, requiring a swap of internal components from the stock units. They are available with different flange options, including Standard, Vibrant HD Clamp, and AMS QuickClamp. Mounting hardware is included.

The Alpha Performance Big Bore Billet Throttle Bodies are a significant upgrade for the Nissan R35 GT-R, particularly for vehicles exceeding 800HP where stock throttle bodies become a restriction. By increasing the bore diameter from the stock 60mm to a massive 73.5mm, these throttle bodies offer a 50% increase in cross-sectional area and a 22.5% increase in diameter, significantly improving airflow. This enhancement is crucial for supporting high-horsepower builds, with the capacity to flow air for up to 2000+HP. Engineered with precision, each housing is CNC machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum. The design prioritizes airflow by incorporating enlarged 73.5mm ID bores and low-profile throttle body shafts to minimize restrictions. Installation involves utilizing your existing Nissan OEM drive-by-wire electronics; simply swap the internal components from your stock throttle bodies. The units are available with your choice of 3″ AMS QuickClamp™ Flanges, 3″ Vibrant HD Clamp Flanges, or 3″ Standard Flanges. Mounting hardware is included in the package. For optimal drivability with these AMS Big Bore Throttle Bodies, use with standalone engine management systems is suggested. These throttle bodies are compatible with all 2009-Current Nissan R35 GT-R models, including the 2009-2011 (CBA), 2012-2016 (DBA), 2017-2019 (Facelift DBA / “EBA”), and 2020-Current (4BA) generations.
