This Performance Alpha Titanium 102mm Cat-Back Exhaust System for the 2009 - 2020 Nissan GT-R by AMS Performance is designed to improve exhaust flow and turbo response on turbocharged vehicles by reducing back pressure. It is one of the largest systems available, combining the mid-pipe (Y-pipe) with the rear exhaust section to create a 102mm primary pipe, optimizing exhaust gas flow. This system aims to free up horsepower and improve turbo response for drag racing, circuit racing, or street driving. The exhaust system is made entirely of motorsport-grade titanium, including the piping, mufflers, tips, and flanges, resulting in a significant weight reduction (approximately 30 lbs assembled) compared to the factory exhaust (over 63 lbs). It retains all 5 factory mounting points for stability and even stress distribution. The mid-pipe incorporates hybrid titanium and stainless steel flex sections to minimize stress on the exhaust piping during engine movement.
