The Skunk2 Racing Alpha Series Header is a 4-2-1 tri-Y exhaust header designed for Honda D-Series engines. It is constructed from stainless steel with mandrel-bent tubing for strength and durability. The header features equal-length, sequentially paired, stepped primaries and a True Merged Collector with a 2.5-inch outlet. It also includes O2 bungs for sensors and comes with a donut gasket and a weld-on exhaust flange.

The Skunk2 Racing Alpha Series Header is a performance exhaust header engineered to maximize exhaust flow and increase both horsepower and torque for Honda D-Series engines. Patterned after Skunk2's MegaPower Headers, the Alpha Series employs similar design characteristics and technology to deliver competitive performance at a more accessible price point. This header is suitable for both VTEC and non-VTEC D-series engines. Its 4-2-1 tri-Y design features equal-length, sequentially paired, stepped primaries that converge into a True Merged Collector with a 2.5-inch outlet. Integrated O2 bungs accommodate both OEM and aftermarket sensors, while the included donut gasket and weld-on exhaust flange offer versatile installation options. The design of the Alpha Series Header focuses on optimizing exhaust gas speed through specifically sized primary tubes. This precise sizing enhances mid-range power and throttle response significantly, providing a broad powerband that is beneficial across a range of engine sizes and configurations. Skunk2 has engineered this header to deliver a perfect balance, offering substantial top-end power gains without compromising mid-range performance or throttle responsiveness. This header is designed to fit 1988-2000 Honda Civic models equipped with D-series engines.
