The CM ALRD flatbed truck bed offers a robust combination of a steel frame construction and durable aluminum for the deck, sides, and back. This model measures 8.5 feet in length and 84 inches in width, featuring an integrated aluminum headache rack for added utility and protection. It comes equipped with a welded gooseneck ball and a 2-inch rear bumper pull hitch, providing versatile towing options. Designed for specific truck configurations, this flatbed requires a 56-inch cab-to-axle measurement and a 38-inch frame rail width. It is compatible with single rear wheel, long bed trucks that meet these precise dimensions. Buyers are responsible for verifying their truck's measurements against these specifications prior to purchase. Standard features include a sealed wiring harness with a 7-pin plug, LED lights, aluminum rubrail with stake pockets, and tapered corners for an enhanced turning radius. The steel chassis is powder-coated for durability. Please note that mounting brackets, hardware, fuel filler necks, and wiring adapters are not included and must be purchased separately. Installation may necessitate modifications to the vehicle's exhaust system, which is the customer's responsibility. For gasoline trucks, a grounding strap may be required for the fuel fill box to prevent static electricity and sparking. Additionally, the installation of back-up cameras or rear sensors will require extra time and labor beyond the standard installation rate.
