The Powerbass OE652-GM2 is a 6.5-inch, 2-ohm coaxial speaker engineered as a premium OEM replacement for select GM, Chevy, and GMC vehicles, designed to significantly upgrade factory sound systems. These speakers feature an injection-molded PP cone woofer paired with a 1-inch silk dome tweeter, delivering a rich and detailed listening experience. With a focus on ease of installation, the OE652-GM2 offers a plug-and-play design that matches factory bolt locations and plug styles, eliminating the need for drilling holes or cutting wires. The speaker system has a nominal impedance of 2 ohms, a sensitivity of 88 dB, and handles 60 watts RMS (120 watts peak). Its mounting depth is a shallow 1.6 inches, ensuring compatibility with factory speaker enclosures. The frequency response ranges from 70 Hz to 20 kHz. This speaker is specifically designed for use in Premium OEM 2Ω systems ONLY. It is compatible with a wide range of Chevrolet and GMC models including Avalanche, Caprice, Cruze, Express Van, HHR, Impala, Malibu, Orlando, Silverado, SS, Suburban, Tahoe, Trax, Volt, Acadia, Canyon, Sierra, Yukon, Hummer H3, and Hummer H3T. It also fits various Buick, Pontiac, Saturn, Opel, and Vauxhall models such as Buick Enclave, LaCrosse, Lucerne, Regal, Verano, Pontiac G6, Solstice, Saturn Aura, Outlook, Sky, and Opel/Vauxhall Astra J/K, Insignia, Mervia, Mokka, Adam, and Zafira-Tourer.
