This bracket also facilitates the relocation of the alternator. It is compatible with 6-rib belts (6K x 720) for 944 models from '85/2 onwards, as well as 944S, 944S2, 944T, and 968 models when using the A/C delete bracket. It also fits 5-rib belts (5K x 736) for 924S models without A/C or using the delete bracket, and 944 models through '85/1 without A/C or using the delete bracket.

The Lindsey Racing A/C Delete Bracket, anodized in black, provides a solution for removing the air conditioning compressor from your Porsche. This allows for potential weight savings and simplifies the engine bay. Constructed from anodized aluminum, this bracket is built for durability and corrosion resistance. It is available with optional 6-rib or 5-rib belts to suit various configurations. The 6-rib belt option (6K x 720) is intended for 944 models from '85/2, as well as 944S, 944S2, 944T, and 968 models equipped with an A/C delete bracket. The 5-rib belt option (5K x 736) is designed for 924S models that do not have A/C or are using the delete bracket, and for 944 models through '85/1 without A/C or with the delete bracket. This bracket is specifically designed for fitment on the 924S, 944, 944S, 944T, 944S2, and 968 models. It is essential to select the correct optional belt when ordering to ensure proper compatibility with your specific vehicle's setup.
