The Denso 210-0865 Remanufactured Alternator meets or exceeds manufacturer standards, ensuring reliable service and proper mounting. It is designed to handle demanding heat and electrical requirements, preventing installation issues and belt/pulley alignment problems. Denso's rigorous remanufacturing process includes testing stators and rectifiers to 300 volts, and rotors to 600 volts, with slip rings buffed to an 8-micron finish to minimize brush wear. Bearings are validated to OE standards and use premium OE-standard lubricants.
