Dart Pro 1 Marine Cylinder Heads feature a highly efficient chamber with improved fuel distribution, centrally located spark plugs, and five-angle intake seats. They incorporate wet flow research findings, Hard Chromate surface treatment for corrosion resistance, and are cast from virgin 355-T61 aerospace alloy. Features include Inconel exhaust valves, bolt-on compatibility, 2-degree rolled valve angle, and standard spacing for stock accessories. Available with 275cc oval ports or 310cc, 325cc, and 345cc rectangle ports. Heart-shaped 121cc chambers improve combustion efficiency. Raised spark plug location and multi-angle intake/radiused exhaust seats enhance airflow. Hardened exhaust seats are unleaded gasoline compatible. Exhaust ports are raised .300" (requires 1" longer lead bolts). Spark plug holes are machined for gasketed 3/4" reach plugs. Manganese bronze valve guides extend life. As-cast heads are bowl blended on 5-axis CNC machining centers.
