The ABC900 Advanced Burner Control is a PLC-based control system specifically designed for burner and boiler applications. It offers integrated control with fuel-air ratio control, optional O2 trim, up to six actuator channels, and up to two dedicated VFD channels. It also provides optional drum level control with boiler feedwater control, optional draft damper control, fuel selection inputs, and mass fuel-flow monitoring for flexible boiler control. The ABC900 interfaces with programmable flame safeguard controls. It is suitable for industrial, process, and heating applications in factories, schools, hospitals, universities, office complexes, and commercial retail complexes.
