These rocker arms are precision-machined from 2024 billet aluminum extrusions and feature full complement needle bearings for reduced friction. They have heat-treated and polished steel nose rollers, axles, and trunions to minimize wear and ensure durability.

Each 16-piece set includes Poly Locks for secure installation and is designed to clear 1.650 inch O.D. valve springs. The anodized finish enhances protection, and the components are shot-peened to increase strength and reduce stress risers. The axles have a 60-62 Rockwell hardness and are rated for 750 lbs of open spring pressure. Multiple oil channels are included for pushrod and valve tip lubrication.
