Description

The Ford Performance Aluminator XS Crate Engine is a 5.2L V8 engine built for high performance. It is meticulously hand-assembled by technicians who build Mustang Cobra Jet drag racing engines, utilizing premium aftermarket components. This engine features unique Manley H-beam connecting rods with ARP20 rod bolts, Mahle forged pistons, and billet oil pump gears.

It incorporates exclusive components developed for the Cobra Jet racing program, including a short runner-high RPM intake manifold and a 1517 CFM dual 65mm throttle body. Ford Performance Engineers have balanced high-end power with robust mid-range torque using the Cobra Jet intake manifold, unique camshafts, and fully CNC ported GT350 cylinder heads.
