The Forge Motorsport Hardpipes are a precision-engineered aluminium hard pipe kit designed as a direct OEM replacement for your factory plastic turbo pipework. These CNC machined pipes swap seamlessly in place of the standard turbo to intercooler and intercooler to throttle body pipes, offering a superior solution built to last. By removing restrictive OEM resonators, these hard pipes open up the boost path for improved airflow and reduced pressure drop across the entire charge system, allowing your turbo to work more efficiently and deliver sharper throttle response. Each kit includes a high-grade silicone turbo outlet hose, available in red, blue, or black, to match your engine bay aesthetic while benefiting from durability and heat resistance. These hard pipes are fully compatible with both OEM intercooler hoses and Forge's own performance intercooler system, making them a versatile upgrade for any build stage. They are proudly CNC machined and hand-finished in Gloucester, UK, reflecting a commitment to precision engineering and quality. This product comes with a lifetime warranty. Please note that these hardpipes are not compatible with the 156BHP engine variant of the Peugeot 208 GTi and Citroen DS3.
